About the Organization
The purpose of Drury Cycling Club is to provide opportunities to students to experience cycling in a social setting and if they choose, a competitive nature as well. We strive to make the process of getting involved and trying racing as simple and safe as possible. In our first year we competed against other colleges across the country and most notably came in 5th place at the KU cycling road race and 7th at the KU criterium.
Cycling Club meets monthly in the Breech Student Lounge.
Participants are expected to have their own road bike and equipment. Cycling team jerseys will be available for purchase at the beginning of the fall semester.
How to Join
Membership is open, members must be able and enthusiastic about riding with the team as a group, and be able to support the success of the team, and come to monthly meetings.
