O'Reilly Family Event Center is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. A guest in need of assistance should seek a guest services team member, usher, or visit the Guest Service Center located on the upper level near the main entrance of the arena or call (417) 873-6389.
In the best interest of guest and staff safety, a search process may be required for select events in order to prevent guests from bringing unauthorized and/or prohibited items into the O'Reilly Family Event Center. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual, pat-down or wanded searches shall be refused entry.
The O'Reilly Family Event Center Guest Services Center is located on the north side of the building in the main lobby near the main entrance. Individuals specially trained to respond to all types of guest inquiries and/or suggestions, including questions, problems, lost children and lost/found articles, staff the Guest Service Center. Team schedules, parking information and other information are also available in the Guest Services Center.
Any guest in need of assistance should seek a guest services team member, security officer or usher.
There is a First Aid office located on the lower lever, should any guest need First Aid assistance. Any guest in need of assistance should contact the closest security officer, guest service team member, or usher for assistance.
Lost & Found
All found lost items are turned into the Guest Service Center located near section 118 on the upper level. Guests may inquire about items at anytime during an event and have their item and contact information logged for easier retrieval when found. After an event, guests may call the O'Reilly Family Event Center at (417) 873-6389. All found items are held for 30 days.
