Drury University Senior Staff: Scotti Siebert
Director of Human Resources
Scotti Siebert, PHR, was named Director of Human Resources in 2006 after having served as Associate Director of that department since 2000. A 1979 graduate of Drury, Scotti earned the Professional in Human Resources certification in 1999. Prior to joining the staff at Drury, she held various human resource positions with a number of public and privately-held corporations. Scotti is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources, and is chair of the Missouri College and University Personnel Association.
She is also active in various community organizations, is chair of the Ozarks' Women's Breast Cancer Tournament and serves on the advisory board of the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
