Accreditation

The Breech School of Business is accredited by two associations, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, (AACSB) and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs, (ACBSP), and is one of only six business schools nationwide to hold this honor. The accreditation process is one of continuous improvement with a focus on quality, rigor, and relevance of the academic programs. Specialized Accreditation is a peer reviewed process which must be earned, and continuously maintained.

In 2010, Drury University and the Breech School earned accreditation from the AACSB earning an honor that only 5% of the world’s business programs hold. The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business is the world’s largest accreditation association for business schools and administers the standards that indicate an accredited school’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

In 1988, Drury University and the Breech School joined with other Business Schools as a founding member of the ACBSP.  The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs has a history of commitment to excellence in teaching and fits with Breech’s longstanding dedication to the highest quality of teaching excellence.  The Breech School of Business was in the first class of ACBSP accredited institutions, and has continuously maintained such accreditation since that time.
