CES Program Logistics

Early Summer Program – Monday, May 14 through Friday, May 18, 2012.
Late Summer Program -- Monday, July 30 through Friday, August 3, 2012.

Registration Details

Persons interested in registering for the CES Program may do so through our online registration form. Registration is limited and will be completed on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Official enrollment in the program will not be granted until the program fee has been paid in full.

The CES program costs will be $1,500 for general participants and $1,200 for Drury students and alumni.  The fee will cover all sessions, basic materials, and a number of meals.  In addition, access to facilitators will be available for up to 90 days following the end of the in-person session.

Location

The CES Program will be held at Drury University in Springfield, Missouri.  Instructional sessions will take place in Trustee Science Center, and social functions will be held at various locations in Springfield. 

Drury University is located at 900 N. Benton Avenue, Springfield, Missouri. You may find directions to campus here.

The Trustee Science Center is situated at the northwest corner of Chestnut Expressway and Drury Lane, which you can find on our campus map.

Food

CES Program participants will be provided a number of meals during the weeklong program.  Lunch will be provided Monday through Thursday, as well as morning and afternoon refreshments.  In addition, one evening meal will be included in the program fee.  CES participants will also be invited to two additional evening social events, which will include light appetizers.

Accommodations

Participants will be responsible for arranging their own lodging and transportation.  The CES program has been designed to allow for a Sunday arrival and Friday departure for out-of-town attendees.

Springfield maintains a public transportation system, which makes stops within easy walking distance of the Trustee Science Center.  Participants may also choose to utilize any number of taxi services in the city or car pool with other participants staying at the same location.
