Campus Housing Options

Full-time undergraduate day school students aged 17 or older may apply to live in the residence halls.  Full-time undergraduate day school students aged 17 or older may apply for apartment-style housing if they have been out of high school for one full year prior to move-in.  Full-time graduate students are eligible to apply for Manley Hall on a first-come, first-serve deadline.  A detailed description of housing options and what-to-bring tips are listed at www.drury.edu/housing.

UNDERCLASSMEN HOUSING OPTIONS

RESIDENCE HALLS
Smith Hall, Sunderland Hall and Wallace Hall are reserved for full-time, undergraduate day school students. Children and families are not permitted.

UPPERCLASSMEN HOUSING OPTIONS

COLLEGE PARK                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
College Park is reserved for full-time, undergraduate day school students who have been out of high school for at least a year. Children and families are not permitted.

JEFFERSON PARK & JEFFERSON PARK WEST
Jefferson Park is reserved for full-time, undergraduate day school students who have been out of high school for at least a year. Children and families are not permitted.  Jefferson Park residents must be able to reside on campus for summer months, as well as both fall and spring semesters. Contact the Housing Office for summer housing prices.

MIDTOWN HOUSES
Midtown houses are reserved for full-time, undergraduate day school students who have been out of high school for at least a year. Children and families are not permitted.

SUMMIT PARK
Summit Park is reserved for full-time, undergraduate day school students who have been out of high school for at least a year. Additional application required. Children and families are not permitted.

UNIVERSITY SUITES                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
University Suites is reserved for full-time, undergraduate day school students who have been out of high school for at least a year. Children and families are not permitted.    

FRATERNITY HOUSES
The fraternity houses are reserved for male, full-time, undergraduate day school students who have been out of high school for at least a year. Children and families are not permitted.  A student must be an active member status with his fraternity in order to reside in a fraternity house, or be an approved friend of the chapter.

NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENT HOUSING OPTIONS

MANLEY HALL

Manley Hall houses graduate students, single full-time day school students, and full-time day school students with families on a space-available basis, as well as faculty and staff. 

  • Graduate Assistants are housed in two-bedroom units with other Graduate Assistants.
  • In the case that the contracted student lives with a non-student family member(s), the student contract-holder would pay for the room, meal plan and an additional family fee (contact Housing Office for family fee amount).
  • If both adults in a couple/family are Drury students, each student would pay the individual student price for housing & meal plan (but no family fee).
