Bands and Artists scheduled to perform on DU Uncut should fill out the Band Registration form one to two weeks prior to there scheduled studio date.

IMPORTANT NOTE:This form is ONLY for bands already booked for the show. If you have not been contacted specifically by the DU Uncut Staff and given a performance date DO NOT fill out this form. Any information submitted not related to a scheduled band will be disregarded and deleted.
