Student Organization Fundraising
Drury University supports and encourages students leaders to raise money for their in student organizations through fundraising activities and events.  Through these student organization fundraising activities and events, Drury student organizations support and encourage a wide variety of organized out-of-class activities and urges students to get involved, become leaders, and make a difference in their community. Your student organization has a variety of fundraising resources available, including:

Planning a Successful Fundraiser
Developing a successful fundraising strategy allows your organization the opportunity to cover operating expenses, complete projects, support philanthropy programs, and create a small financial cushion for the future.  Many organizations find the success of their fundraising is attributed to the following principles.

Based on the scope of your fundraising endeavors, your group may be required to receive permission from or the assistance of the Office of Institutional Advancement. If you think your fundraising efforts may fall into this category, contact the Office of Student Involvement for more information.

Potential Sources for Funding
Student organizations have developed a number of ways to raise funds for their organizations through activities that allow other students to participate.  Fundraising on campus requires a variety of permissions depending on the type of event, be sure to work with your campus advisor to ensure your organization is following the proper procedures and guidelines for student organization fundraising.
