For technical support with your DU e-mail account, computer, operating system, and/or software, please contact the Help Desk via e-mail at help@drury.edu or by phone at (417) 873-7300.

The Help Desk phone will be answered between 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturdays, and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays.

Students may leave a message during other hours. All requests after these hours will be processed the following day.

Please Note: All official Drury communications will be through the DU e-mail account. Students are expected to check their DU e-mail account on a regular basis.
