Program Information:

The Master in Education Gifted program is designed as an endorsement program for persons who already have Missouri Teacher Certification.

Gifted education is a broad term for special practices, procedures and theories used in the education of children in K-12 education who have been identified as gifted or talented. Youths are usually identified as gifted by placing highly on certain standardized tests. The program provides both the theoretical background and practical, hands-on experience necessary to excel in working with gifted youth K-12.
