Scholarships

The Greek Life Office partners with chapters to provide members with multiple opportunities for leadership, involvement and academic recognition. From ceremonies and awards to treats at meetings, each member is recognized as a valued contributor to the Greek community. This support and recognition encourages each student to reach their full potential and rewards members that have achieved success as student leaders, mentors and supporters of the Greek community.

New Member Scholarships

Funded by Interfraternity and Panhellenic Councils
$100 award value; one-time distribution of funds

New members are an essential part of the Drury Greek Community. IFC and Panhellenic council are proud to reward one member from each chapter a $100 scholarship award to assist with the financial obligations of Greek Life.

New Member Scholarships are presented each year at National Panhellenic Badge Day Celebration for Sororities and a Spring IFC event for Fraternities. Funds are distributed in the fall semester following the award.


Ronald A. Neville Outstanding Greek Service Scholarship

Endowed scholarship provided in honor of Ronald A. Neville
$2500 award value; one-time distribution of funds
Minimum of one award provided each year

The Ronald A. Neville Outstanding Greek Service Scholarship is an endowed, annually-awarded scholarship established at Drury University in honor of Ronald A. Neville, Drury Trustee and long-time volunteer both locally and nationally with the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. The Ronald A. Neville Outstanding Greek Service Scholarship is presented each year at the Greek Excellence Awards. Funds are distributed in the fall semester following the award announcement.

Legacy of Alpha Phi Scholarship

Funded by the Gamma Gamma Chapter of Alpha Phi; est. 1951-1982
$500 award value; one-time distribution of funds

Legacy of Alpha Phi Scholarship is a scholarship established at Drury University in honor of the Gamma Gamma chapter of Alpha Phi at Drury University, which existed from 1951 to 1982. The Legacy of Alpha Phi Scholarship rewards outstanding students that have displayed exemplary character in leadership, intellectual curiosity and service to the Drury Greek community and in their lives. The application is available March 1st and the scholarship is awarded during the Greek Week Excellence Awards.

Alpha Phi Scholarship Funds:

  • Award value is $500
  • One-time distribution of funds
  • Award funds assist with Drury University Tuition & Drury University Fees
  • Award funds are distributed to Drury University Student Account in the fall semester following the award announcement
  • First choice would go to an Alpha Phi relative.  Membership documentation must be provided.  If no Alpha Phi relative applies or if membership cannot be documented, then the scholarship would go to any deserving Greek student.
