Greek Life: Philanthropy & Service
From monetary donations to more than 10,000 hours of hands-on community service each year, the Drury Greek community prides itself on the charitable work it performs for the community in Springfield, MO and the nation. In a time when so much help is crucial to the survival of millions of our fellow citizens, the Greeks at Drury have answered the call. Fraternities and sororities have always been willing to provide assistance whenever and wherever it is needed in an effort to give something back to the community that has given them so much. Each chapter has its own philanthropy, which it serves at a local and national level. At the office of Fraternity & Sorority Life, our goal is to help continue to provide service-based opportunities for Greek students at Drury. Programs to encourage community leadership and provide needed help in the community can be found listed in this section.
Women's Organizations Panhellenic Community Service This year, Panhellenic assisted with a community service carnival during Greek Week that benefitted the Boys & Girls Club in Springfield.
