SPRINGFIELD, Mo., July 28, 2010 — Dr. Dan Ponder, associate professor of political science at Drury, authored an opinion-editorial that appears in today's issue of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Ponder's article focuses on Proposition C. On August 3, Missourians will decide if the state should opt out of certain aspects of the federal government's healthcare reform laws. Ponder's commentary looks at the issue from a historical and constitutional perspective.
