Drury University to offer the only higher education program in Dallas County

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Dec. 10, 2009 — Drury University will begin offering college courses in Dallas County in Spring 2010. Drury’s classes represent the only college courses offered in the county.

Classes will be offered at the Career Center in Louisburg on Monday evenings and at Buffalo High School on Wednesday evenings. Students will be able to choose from a variety of undergraduate courses including:

  • Fundamentals of Composition
  • The Art of Human Communication
  • Introduction to Computer and Software
  • Survey of United States History II
  • Government and Politics in the United States
  • Introduction to Psychology
  • Foundations of Studio Design
