Please tell us about your future plans once you receive your MBA from the Breech School of Business.
I am going to look for an architecture firm that will best utilize my unique combination of degrees. Earning my MBA has enabled me to be more aware of the process from the early schematic stages of design until the final request of the client has been met.
How are your experiences in the MBA program at the Breech School of Business enhancing your professional career?
I am currently still a 5th year Architecture student at Drury University. I know that having an MBA alongside my Architecture degree will enhance my abilities to see my architecture profession as a holistic business. This is a skill that I believe will make me a more marketable candidate for employers.
What specific courses have been your favorite, and why?
The most rewarding class thus far is HR. I am currently in this class along with a Professional Practice class in the architecture program. Seeing the two classes at the same time has allowed me to really connect my two degrees.
Do you have any favorite memories of about the Breech MBA program?
I have enjoyed working with different organizations in the area such as Scotch & Soda and Grove Spa. I am sure the China trip this coming summer will trump all experiences though.
