Fraternity Housing
All fraternity chapters require that members live in their house for a set number of semesters. Fraternity housing contracts are due to the Housing Office by Monday, February 25, 2013. Each fraternity has its own process for room assignments, and fall room selections must take place before Spring Break. Students who do not live in fraternity housing for the specified amount of time may be subject to additional fees that are assessed by the fraternity. Speak to your fraternity president to see if you are eligible to apply for other campus housing or seek a housing exemption through the Housing Office.
Summit Park Leadership Community
Summit Park requires that students participate in a year-long service project, attend a year-long leadership class, and involves a group application and presentation. It is primarily for sophomores, but we do offer it to juniors and seniors if the project/presentations are of high quality. The application is available at www.drury.edu/summitapplication. Electronic applications are due to Courtney Swan cswan@drury.edu by 12 noon on Friday, March 1. Summit Park selection will be announced via email Friday, March 8. Students who are selected to Summit Park should immediately come to the Housing Office, FSC 120, to complete a Summit Park housing contract. Contact Courtney Swan, Director of Leadership & Volunteer Development at 417-873-7809 for questions.
Wallace and Smith Residence Halls
Returning Student Residence Hall contracts for traditional suite-style housing in Smith and Wallace halls are due to the Housing Office by Monday, April 1. Students may opt to stay in Smith or Wallace Halls, however the same room is not guaranteed. Residence hall assignments will be made and communicated to returning students via Drury email in late June.
