Drury’s residences are maintained by the Physical Plant. Please report any maintenance problems to 417-873-7219 or e-mail facilities@drury.edu and leave your name, physical address and detailed explanation of the problem.

If a maintenance emergency occurs after hours, you may contact Security. Emergencies include anything that will cause extensive damage to a facility (leaks, overflowing toilets, etc), heat outages in winter, or AC outages in the summer.

Maintenance is also responsible for pest control and broken Drury appliances in apartment-style housing units. (Problems with the residence hall refrigerator/microwave combos should be reported to Housing at housing@drury.edu).
