Midtown School Yard Garden Project

The Midtown School Yard Garden Project has been funded and supported, in part, by a grant contract from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). The goal of the project from the teacher preparation perspective is to provide students from Boyde Elementary and Pipkin Middle School with an outdoor laboratory to experiment and learn about science and math in an innovative manner. The Drury Student Teacher Association, along with faculty and Drury ed majors have worked to maintain the project jointly with the two partner schools.
