Every student should bring the following items to an appointment:

1. Prepared notes or outline

2. Blank video tape (if you would like to keep your tape.) If you just want to tape your speech and watch it at the center, we have videotapes that you can use or you can buy them for $1 each.

3. Copy of your speaking assignment

In addition, students should bring any of the following visual aids that they are using in their presentation.

1. Overheads

2. Flip charts

3. Disk for PowerPoint

4. Posters
