Campus Housing Options
Full-time undergraduate day school students aged 17 or older may apply to live in the residence halls. Full-time undergraduate day school students aged 17 or older with 30 or more completed credit hours are eligible to apply to live in apartment-style housing. Full-time graduate students are eligible to apply for Manley Hall on a first-come, first-serve deadline. UNDERCLASSMEN HOUSING OPTIONS
RESIDENCE HALLS
Smith Hall, Sunderland Hall and Wallace Hall are reserved for unmarried, full-time, undergraduate day school students. Children and families are not permitted.
- Parking: Residents of Smith, Sunderland and Wallace halls are issued residential parking tags and may park in the Smith, Sunderland or Freeman lots or along Calhoun Street.
UPPERCLASSMEN HOUSING OPTIONS
COLLEGE PARK
College Park is reserved for unmarried, full-time, undergraduate day school students with 30+ completed credit hours. Children and families are not permitted.
- Parking: Residents of College Park are issued residential parking permits and may park along the streets bordering the College Park/fraternity quad area or in lettered lots.
JEFFERSON PARK & JEFFERSON PARK WEST
Jefferson Park is reserved for unmarried, full-time, undergraduate day school students with 30+ completed credit hours. Children and families are not permitted. Jefferson Park residents must be able to reside on campus for summer months, as well as both fall and spring semesters. Contact the Housing Office for summer housing prices.
- JEFFERSON PARK NORTH/SOUTH PARKING: Jefferson Park North and South residents are issued residential permits and may park in the adjoining parking lot. Parking in this lot is prohibited by anyone not assigned to Jefferson Park North or South.
- JEFFERSON PARK WEST PARKING: Jefferson Park West residents are issued residential permits and may park in the parking lot behind the building. Covered parking spots require a specially marked tag and are reserved for residents to lease a space for an additional fee (contact Housing Office for availability). Parking in the Jefferson West lot is prohibited by anyone not assigned to Jefferson West.
MIDTOWN HOUSES
Midtown houses are reserved for unmarried, full-time, undergraduate day school students with 30+ completed credit hours. Children and families are not permitted.
- Parking: Midtown residents are issued non-residential permits from Drury and may park in adjoining driveways or numbered lots. Do not park in the street if there is a “Residential Permit Required” sign posted.
SUMMIT PARK
Summit Park is reserved for unmarried, full-time, undergraduate day school students with 30+ completed credit hours. Additional application required. Children and families are not permitted.
- Parking: Residents of Summit Park receive residential permits and may park in the lot behind Summit. Parking in the Summit Park lot is prohibited by anyone not assigned to Summit. Overflow parking for Summit is permitted in any lettered lot other than the Jefffersons and Manley.
UNIVERSITY SUITES
University Suites is reserved for unmarried, full-time, undergraduate day school students with 30+ completed credit hours. Children and families are not permitted.
- Parking: Residents of University Suites receive residential parking permits and can part in the adjoining lot. Overflow parking is permitted in Lot 7. Parking in the University Suites lot is not permitted by anyone not assigned to University Suites.
FRATERNITY HOUSES
The fraternity houses are reserved for unmarried, male, full-time, undergraduate day school students. Children and families are not permitted. A student must have 30+ completed credit hours and be an active member status with his fraternity in order to reside in a fraternity house, or an approved friend of the chapter.
- Parking: Residents of the fraternity houses are issued residential parking permits and may park in lettered lots or on the streets bordering the College Park/fraternity quad.
NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENT HOUSING OPTIONS
MANLEY HALL
Manley Hall is reserved for graduate students, non-traditional aged full-time day school students and full-time day school students with families, as well as faculty and staff.
- Graduate Assistants are housed in two-bedroom units with other Graduate Assistants.
- Married couples/domestic partners are assigned to one-bedroom units. If only one spouse is enrolled at Drury, the student will be charged for his/her room and board and the spouse/child fee each semester.
- Students with children are eligible for two-bedroom units, the student will be charged for his/her room and board and the spouse/child fee each semester.
- If two Drury students live in a one-bedroom Manley apartment due to marriage/domestic partnership, then one student would pay full price (room and board fee), the other the spouse/child fee and a meal plan.
- Married couples without children may request a two-bedroom apartment. Contact Housing Office for pricing.
- Siblings, cousins and other relatives are not allowed to live in Manley Hall with students unless both individuals are enrolled in class at Drury University, with the exception that a parent may live with their full-time Drury day school student. If siblings, cousins, or other relatives are enrolled in classes, the pair would be assigned a two-bedroom unit and both must pay full price for housing and a meal plan.
