Free Tutoring Resources
The following resources are available for Drury students free of charge:
- Writing Center
Location: Olin Library, room 204 (to the right after you walk up the stairs)
When: Monday - Thursday 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. AND Sunday 3:00 - 9:00 p.m.
What: If you are in need of help brainstorming for paper ideas or would like someone to edit your paper, visit the Writing Center. They do ask that you stay while they look over your paper AND you should bring a copy of the assignment too! Visit the Writing Center's website for more information. - Speech Communications Center
Location: Shewmaker Hall, room 207
What: Help with developing strategies for overcoming fear of public speaking, constructing useful messages, and delivering successful speeches

What: Tutors provide help in understanding mathematical concepts for all math classes. - Chemistry

TUTORS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE
If you need a tutor in a subject not mentioned above, contact Kim Hughes, Student Success in FSC 120, 873-7419 or khughes01@drury.edu. If tutors are available for your subject she will give you their name & contact information. It is then your responsibility to contact those individuals. Each tutor sets his/her own fee.
If you are interested being a tutor you may contact Kim as well. She can send you the information form to provide a faculty reference for the subject you wish to tutor. Or visit www.drury.edu/tutoring to print off the Tutor Information Sheet. It is then your responsibility to set fees and schedule times and locations to provide tutoring services.
