Fall 2013 Orientation & Arrival Information

For all incoming day, evening and graduate international students

Fall 2013 Orientation and Registration Information Coming Soon!

All international students who plan to begin classes at Drury University in August 2013 should plan to arrive on Drury's campus on Monday, August 12, 2013 or Tuesday, August 13, 2013.  As students are arranging travel, the final stop should be to the Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) on the days previously mentioned. Students who would like to be met at the airport and driven to the Drury campus at no charge by a member of the International Student Life Office should complete the form below titled 'Airport Pick-Up Request Form'.

The first meal provided to students by Drury will be an off-campus dinner on Tuesday evening, August 13, 2013 at 7 p.m. However, International Orientation does not officially begin until 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2013.  Please view the entire International Orientation schedule below for more details.

Students who are 21 years or older and who plan to live off campus are responsible for arranging their own temporary and permanent housing. This may include staying in a hotel until permanent arrangements are made. Also, transportation to and from Drury's campus is the personal and financial responsibility of each student. However Drury will provide transportation from this campus to all event locations throughout International Orientation.

Advising and Registration
International students will participate in the academic advising and registration process during International Student Orientation on August 16, 2013.

Move-In Check List
If you have questions about what you should or should not bring to your campus housing, here is a checklist of things to consider. Remember that you will have time to purchase some of these things when we take you on a shopping trip during orientation.
