Dr. Kelley Still has been named the director of the Edward Jones Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EJC) at Drury. Still will begin her duties on April 1. She takes over for John Schnoebelen who served as the EJC's interim director since October 2009 after former director Dawn Hiles became Drury's dean of admission.
A graduate of Drury's Master of Business Administration program, Still went on to earn a Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Oklahoma and has taught at Drury for the past 15 years. Still's teaching areas are primarily in tax, financial statement analysis and management decision analysis. She annually directs the free income tax service for low-income and senior citizen taxpayers provided by Drury accounting majors. Still has a long history in entrepreneurship both in her academic research and in the private sector. She also has considerable experience in social entrepreneurship, both with new programming inside of Drury and with other non-profit agencies in Springfield.
