Drury to offer scholarships to Eagle Scouts

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Feb. 23, 2009 — Drury University will offer five $1,000 scholarships for Eagle Scouts for the 2010-2011 school year. Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable for Boy Scouts.

Eligible candidates must:

  • Apply and be admitted to Drury University as a first-year student.
  • Complete a leadership scholarship application. Indicate on the application the student’s involvement in Eagle Scouts.
  • Submit proof of attainment of Eagle Scout status to the Drury Office of Admission.
