- Note: Most of these offices and departments will also be available to assist families from 3-5 p.m. during the check-out process.

- Students and family members may attend one or two presentations, depending on academic interest.

- Students will have lunch during CORE 101 class.

Presentations on Academics & Student Life
Pearsons Hall, various locations
- Family members may attend three of the seven presentations. Students will be dismissed from CORE 101 with enough time remaining to attend one or two presentations. Each session will last 20 minutes.

- Safety and security on Drury's campus and in Springfield
- How to best support your student in his/her first year
- Surviving (and thriving!) the first year in the dorms; Housing and meal plan Q&A
- Finding the right major
- How do new students get the most out of their first year? By getting involved!
- Faculty expectations in the classroom
- Panther Passport Program - Students can earn $500 each year!

3–4:10 p.m.

 

Presentations on Student Life

- Students and family members may attend two of the four presentations. Each session will last 30 minutes. All sessions will be held in Lay Hall.

- Before leaving campus: submit required forms and paperwork; complete an FFD evaluation and select a gift; have last-minute questions answered.
