Registration Information:

Students in teacher certification programs are required to purchase a subscription to Foliotek. This is an electronic portfolio system that streamlines the assessment of your progress toward program milestones and provides several additional functions, such as secure storage of your academic artifacts and a web-based presentation of your achievements for viewing by prospective employers or for use toward admission to grad school.

Extending Your License:

If your Foliotek subscription has expired and you need to extend your license follow the instructions below.

  • Attempt to log in to your account
  • Click the Restore License button
  • Use a debit or credit card for payment

If your Foliotek subscription is near expiration and you need to extend your license follow the instructions below.

  • Log in to your account
  • Click Profile
  • Click Extend My License
  • Use a debit or credit card for payment

Please remember that all information is saved in your Foliotek account for ten years. If your subscription expires your information is not lost and can be fully accessed once you extend your license.

Transfer Students:

If you are transferring from OTC and completed EDU 210 (Teaching Pro w/ Field Experience) the following assignments must be uploaded to Drury's electronic portfolio, Foliotek. The assignments should be uploaded to the Transfer Students section in Phase 1.

OTC EDU 210 Course Requirements:

  • Autobiography
  • Philosophy of Education
  • Introductory Teacher Work Sample (ITWS)
  • Reflections or Journals
  • Early Practicum Evaluation
  • Early Practicum 30 Hour Log

If you are transferring from an institution other than OTC and have completed assignments similar to the ones listed above, please upload them to the Transfer Students section in Phase 1.
