New Drury MBA students and their professors will convene at the Hilton Convention Center in Branson, Missouri the weekend of August 21-22 to begin the journey of graduate education for the new class of Drury MBA students.

Events begin Friday afternoon with check-in, followed by an introductory speech by Dr. John Taylor, a featured speaker, and faculty introductions. The evening will be capped off with dinner at Rocky’s Italian Restaurant. Saturday, the faculty will make presentations covering an Overview of Program Learning Goals, Integrative and Strategic Thought, Teamwork, Communications, and Intercultural Competence.

The students will also be introduced to the Drury MBA Program’s Mentorship Program. Each Drury MBA student will be paired with a mentor in the Springfield-area business community to guide them during their time as an MBA student and beyond.

The Live-In Weekend is a long-standing tradition of the Drury MBA program and provides a great medium for new MBA students to bond with each other and their professors.
