Undergraduate Philosophy

Journals, Conferences & Essay Contests

This page is a mirror site of the page created by Dr. Peter Suber at Earlham College in Indiana. It is very comprehensive and kudos and a great deal of thanks goes to Dr. Suber for having the time and dedication to put something like this together. As a professional philosopher, you must publish your work in journals and you must present your work at professional conferences. Since this is, for the most part, "the business" of professional philosophy, forums for publications and giving paper presentations are available at the professional, graduate and undergraduate levels. If you have an excellent paper that you'd like to present or publish, talk to an adviser about how to go about doing so. Below you will find Dr. Suber's extensive list of conferences and print journals dedicated to undergraduate students.
