Drury's apartment-style housing combines the ultimate in privacy with community living in Springfield's historic Midtown area. Apartments and houses offer students an independent living environment with all the services, conveniences and security of residence hall living. All units are within walking distance of the academic buildings. All campus housing includes mini-blinds and utilities, just like the residence halls.
Please note that full-time undergraduate students are eligible for apartment-style housing if they graduated from high school at least one full year prior to the anticipated move-in date.
Returning students select their own roommates, and then apartments are offered to groupings based on combined credits hours. It is typical for students with limited credit hours to live in the residence halls. Meet the Staff

Individual students may sign up for a 2-bedroom unit without a preferred roommate. In this case, a roommate will be assigned by the Housing Office. Individuals may also select to live alone in a 1-bedroom unit.
A student living with a family member (non-student) would pay full price for the room and meal plan, and an additional "family fee." If both adults in a family are Drury students, they would be assigned a 2-bedroom unit and each pay for housing & meal plan (but no family fee).
Contact the Housing Office for the “family fee” amount.
Housing and meal plans are required of all Drury students who reside on campus, including family housing in Manley.
Due to the nature of a family housing, Manley is gender-neutral. Residents may select a roommate of a different gender. In case of a vacancy in a unit, the Housing Office will NOT ASSIGN a roommate of opposite gender. If one of the roommates moves out, then the apartment will become the gender of the remaining roommate. Men and women will NOT be placed together unless they mutually select each other.
