Residence Life Association

Represent your residence!

You live on campus, but is there anything to do on the weekend? You live on campus, but don't the rules prevent you from really living? You live on campus, but who is looking out for your interests?

Residence Life Association (RLA) is the answer! RLA is the new name for the old Hall Council. Where Hall Council represented only the residence halls, RLA represents all residential students. The best thing about RLA is that if you live on campus, you're already a member! If you live on campus, you have certain needs that other students don't ... come express those needs!

Currently, RLA is accepting applications to become part of its legislative board. As a Representative, you'll be able to vote on issues brought up during meetings as well as be expected to represent the interests of your residence. If your residence doesn't have a voice on campus, you're invited to join. Specifically, the legislative board is made up of ...
A. One (1) representative from each fraternity house.
B. Two (2) representatives from Jefferson Park.
C. One (1) representative from Summit Park.
D. Eight (8) representatives from College Park.
E. Four (4) representatives from each residence hall.
F. One (1) representative from the Midtown properties.
G. One (1) representative from Manley Hall.

Click on the application link below, fill it out, and either bring it to FSC 108 or email it to RLA@drury.edu.

Other important information:
* The commitment for RLA runs November-October. RLA is now accepting applications and they are due by November 1st 2007.
* RLA meets every other Wednesday night @ 8:00pm beginning Wednesday, August 29th 2007.
* RLA meets in the Findlay Student Center 204.

If you want to apply to be a Representative, check out the application here.

If you have questions, email RLA@drury.edu.
