Required Employment Forms

Click here to find employment forms that are required for all student employees PRIOR to beginning work. Student staff members must present original documentation of his/her identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Photocopies are not permissible. (See below for a list of acceptable documents to present for the Form I-9).

Acceptable Documents for Form I-9

Outlines documents that may be presented to Human Resources for completion of the Form I-9. Student staff members who plan on working on campus should review this list carefully to ensure they bring these documents to campus. Please note that only original, unexpired documents will be acceptable.

Student Timesheet
