About the Pre-College Programs

The Drury University Center for Gifted Education is the most complete center for gifted education in the state of Missouri. According to a national survey, the center is believed to be one of only 17 complete gifted education centers in the United States. Since 1981, the center has provided programs for gifted children, their families, and educators. Each summer over 700 children from pre-kindergarten through high school attend Drury's residential and non-residential programs. More than 500 teachers participate in workshops and college credit courses in gifted education.
