About the Computer Science Program

Preparing the students for various professional positions that involve computer programming as a component.

The department of mathematics and computer science provides students with courses for general knowledge and for career preparation. We stress the development of critical thinking skills, the integration of theory with practical applications, and the understanding of concepts of mathematics and computer programming. The department offers a major and minor in computer science.
