For Prospective Online Education Students

Ten necessary steps to complete to become an online student at Drury University.

1) Contact an online education Academic Advisor to determine which online courses you want to register for. It is recommended that first-time online students register for a maximum of two courses.

2) Visit Online Education Financial Affairs to learn about tuitions & fees, as well as refund and drop dates.

3) Register for the online courses that you have selected. Once registered, you will receive a Drury University ID and PIN#, as well as User Name and password to access your new Drury University e-mail account through the U.S. Postal Service with 7-14 days.

4) Visit the Online Education Academic Calendars to note academic dates.

5) Familiarize yourself with WebCT through the Online Education WebCt Orientation.

6) Prepare your computer to take online courses by studying and implementing the technical requirements.

7) Test your Drury e-mail account (User Name and password) in Webmail. If you have any problems, please contact the Help Desk.

8) Pay your tuition & fees.

9) Purchase your textbooks. Please note that textbooks for all online courses become available for purchase two weeks prior to the beginning of the semester and summer terms.

10) Login into class and welcome to Drury University!
