Get to know Drury's Information Systems staff The Information Systems Department is responsible for the computer system that runs the daily operations of Drury University. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7.30am to 5.00pm and the help desk is accessible online at http://helpdesk.drury.edu.

Val Serafimov - Director, Information Systems Val joined Information Systems in 2000 and he provides support and analysis for the IBM iSeries 400 midrange systems on campus as well as the MyDrury portal. |

Teresa Castleberry - Programmer Analyst III Teresa was a Programmer at Drury from 1995 through 2005, the last 6 years of which were remote. Teresa went to work as Jenzabar's Help Desk Analyst for 4 years and returned to Drury in 2009. |
