Get to know Drury's Administrative Computing staff
The Administrative Computing department is responsible for the computer system that runs the daily operations of Drury University. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7.30am to 5.00pm and the help desk is accessible online at http://helpdesk.drury.edu.
Val joined Administrative Computing in 2000 and he provides support and analysis for the IBM iSeries 400 midrange systems on campus as well as the MyDrury portal.
His responsibilities include iSeries system administration, security, disaster recovery and user service. Val also provides support for all printers connected to the iSeries, as well as Client Access workstation support. A big part of his daily activities is to monitor the system performance and usage and to respond to system messages and user requests.
Nancy joined the Administrative Computing department as a programmer/analyst in September 2005. She is responsible for analyzing, coding, and implementing programming solutions on the iSeries for various departments. This work enhances the Jenzabar system with support of both new and existing custom applications for Drury. Nancy has worked in computer programming for over 20 years.

Don joined the Administrative Computing department in November of 2006. He is responsible for monitoring work and print queues, printing special forms, producing reports, files and queries, troubleshooting and user service. Before Drury, Don worked at Jack Henry Assoc and Reyco.

Nathan, joined the administrative computing department in April of 2007 as a programmer/analyst. His job includes writing new iSeries applications, maintaining and updating existing applications and working with Sequel to provide query applications for users.
