Description: Serves as primary administrative support to Theatre Department Chair and faculty. Manages all aspects of department public relations to increase community awareness and patronage, ultimately resulting in financial support through fundraising endeavors. Oversees Theatre Box Office, training and supervising student staff, and serving as House Manager.

Description: The Assistant Coach is responsible for managing specifically designated areas of the administrative operations of the men’s and women’s swimming and diving program. Oversees in and out of pool training program by evaluating the needs of student-athletes and determining and developing individual programs, and formulates, implements, and evaluates operations of the program. Provides technical expertise in the fundamentals of the sport, instructs student-athletes in the basics as well as advanced strategies, and assists the Head Coach in management of the team through recruiting, fund-raising, and promotional activities. Serves as an instructor in the Exercise and Sports Science department or fulfills other duties as assigned based on experience and educational background.

Development Officer, Annual Fund

Department: Development and Alumni Relations
Supervisor: Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations
Schedule: Regular, Full-time, 12 months, M-F, some evening and weekend hours required

Description: Position is responsible for managing and implementing development efforts to raise funds from alumni, parents, corporations and other friends of Drury for the Annual Fund. The primary focus is on a portfolio of assigned prospects to raise Annual Fund gifts of $1,000 to $10,000. Using best practices and a moves management approach, supported administratively by a strong research and analytics-driven Donor Services team, this position will help expand identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of friends and donors to increase giving to the Drury Fund, which funds university-wide priorities and general operations.  Position will coordinate with the alumni relations team members and admissions staff to coordinate university-wide efforts for Drury Fund donors around the country. Travel expected. Regular contact and coordination with members of the university leadership team, admissions staff, Trustees, and other key Drury alumni and friends.
