Description: Honors mentors and mentees will all meet and get to know one another over Cards Against Humanity, conversation starters, and more. Snacks will be served!

Peer Mentor Meet and Greet 2
August 28th
6 - 7:30 p.m.

Description: Honors mentors and mentees will continue to get to know one another over Cards Against Humanity, conversation starters, and more. After the meet and greet, mentors will rank their top three picks for mentees.

Peer Mentor Reveal
August 31st
6-7:30 p.m.

Description: Honors mentors will be revealed.

Harry Potter Movie Marathon
September 3

The Honors House will host a marathon of all 8 Harry Potter films starting at 10 am. There will be popcorn, merriment, and Harry Potter crafts. Please bring comfy clothes, a sleeping bag (not necessary), and a blanket to transform the Honors House living room into Hogwarts. Address: 1238 N Jefferson Ave

Monthly Meetings: Every last Tuesday 6-7pm

National Competitive Grants and Scholarship Workshop with Dr. Peter Meidlinger
September 18 at noon

Dr. Meidlinger will talk about the kinds of nationally competitive grants and scholarships students can apply for. This session is primarily for freshmen through juniors to help them plan to apply for these awards during the second half of their college experience. The workshop will take place in the Olin Room (basement of the Olin Library) and will include pizza and drinks. This is a free event for the entire Drury campus community.

Grad School Q & A
October 9th, 4-6 pm
Reed Auditorium

Seize the opportunity to talk to graduate education specialists from Drury, Missouri State and University of Missouri Law School about applying, admissions, and paying for graduate school. Light dinner will be served. RSVP to grad@drury.edu.

Honors Program is Hosting Pizza & Politics
October 25 at noon

In conjunction with the Meador Center for Politics, the Honors Program will be hosting a pizza lunch where we will discuss political issues. The event will be held in the Stone Chapel Lounge, and it  is open to  the entire Drury community.
