Q5. Why is my work order missing from the "Results" screen?

 

Please note that only open work orders will be displayed on the "Results" screen. All work orders that have been completed or canceled will not be available for review.

When your work order is completed or canceled, an email is send to you notifying you that the status of that work order has been changed.
