Gender Intersectionality Collective

About the Organization
Gender Intersectionality Collective raises money and awareness for the treatment of women in the greater community. We address women related issues, raising money through events such as The Vagina Monologues. This group highlights the diversity and teamwork of its members to unite under a common cause. We use proactivity to bring forth the involvement of the community by hosting a variety of popular events. The V Warriors seek to bring forth a sense of community, while maintaining a strong responsibility to personal involvement and an ethical code of treatment to one another as well those that do not adhere to the same beliefs. This group allows students to have an outlet for their passions, relating to basic women's rights. Both men and women have a place in this organization, and will have the opportunity for their own level of involvement within the group.
