Drury Ambassadors

About the Organization
Drury Ambassadors serve as liaisons between the Drury University Office of Development and Alumni Relations and the Drury student body to engage and involve the Drury community and alumni in programs and activities. Ambassadors serve as leaders of the University, philanthropists of Greene County, and representatives of positive change for the academic community. Drury Ambassadors serve the University with honor and distinction at events such as Convocation, Commencement, Alumni Reunion, Breakfast with Santa, and Homecoming. Ambassadors are required to attend four University sponsored events annually. Members are also expected to participate in a minimum of four non-required events and all meetings. Moreover, Ambassadors are required to serve Greene County and/or the University in 12 hours of community service annually. Ambassadors participate in team building retreats each semester to build team morale and to grow in personal leadership skills and awareness.

Meetings
Ambassadors meets on the first Thursday of the month at 5:30pm in the Martin Alumni Center.

How to Join
Students are invited to join Drury Ambassadors at the beginning of the spring semester. Eligible students include second semester freshmen and sophomores who have a 3.0 GPA or higher. All eligible students are sent an email asking them, if interested, to submit an application and attend a short interview.
