Five to Thrive: Exhale

Exhale emphasizes stress-reducing activities such as massage and restorative activities like yoga, tai chi, and rejuvenation activity classes. Exhale also communicates counseling opportunities available through human resources and mental health services available to students through the Department of Student Affairs. Stress management is playing a greater role in our health then in previous years. Learning to effectively manage your stress can improve your overall health and wellness.

  • Stress is an unavoidable part of life; how you react to it is a choice
  • Be open to change; the next curve ball may just end up a homerun
  • Join a Drury Wellness stress management activity class like yoga, tai chi, Qigong, and Rejuvenation to help manage your stress
  • Regular exercise helps relieve stress. Even a slow walk in fresh air can help you reduce your stress response

Enjoy one free massage per month at Drury University Professional Massage Training Center, located in the northwest corner of Weiser Gym. To schedule your session please visit
