My department chair has approved a substitution or waiver for a requirement. How can I get that substitution or waiver to show up correctly?
In order to change requirements of an aim, either through substitution or waiver, the Records & Registration Office must receive written notification from the chair of the department overseeing that requirement.
Whom do I contact to change my advisor?
Contact the Office of Academic Planning to officially change advisors. Information changed in the advising office is automatically updated in the online advising module.
Some courses are listed with a course number beginning with 'CL' or 'V', instead of the department code. Why?
'CL' in a course's requirement code means that the same course is offered under more than one department heading. A requirement code starting with 'V' means that the course is a variable title course.
What do the status codes stand for?
What do I do if I lost my PIN?

What is an aim?
An aim represents a set of requirements, such as a major, minor, general education program or special program.
How do I change my aims?
Students wishing to add, delete, or change their aims must complete an Official Declaration of Major, Minor & Special Programs Form to have new aims assigned.
Why do I not have a major aim assigned to me?
Students entering Drury Uniersity after the fall 1999 semester will have a major listed in the advising module after one has been assigned by the Records & Registration Office. Aims are assigned after a completed Official Declaration of Major, Minor & Special Programs Form is received in the Records & Registration Office.
Why do my majors and minors have a year associated with them?
Requirements in all majors can change from year to year. All changes are reflected in the university catalog from that year. The year associated with a student's major reflects the catalog requirements from the year the student entered Drury.
What is a free elective?
Any course that does not meet a requirement in any assigned aim falls into the "Free Elective" category. This category also includes any dropped or failed courses.Transfer Coursework:

I thought my transfer courses were approved to meet certain requirements. What do I do if they don't show up that way?
The online advising module is set up to accommodate Drury courses, as well as transfer courses having Drury equivalents. Occasionally, a transfer course will fall into the wrong aim category. A student who believes that this has occurred should contact Records & Registration Office.
What if my transfer courses aren't on my record at all?
There are many explanations to why a student's transfer coursework isn't listed on his or her record.
What does the grade 'T' mean?
All transfer courses are entered with a grade of 'T', signifying that the course was transferred to Drury. Transfer courses have no effect on a student's GPA at Drury.
