Drury's IT departments have worked together to produce an integrated online helpdesk system. This will allow members of the Drury community to submit a work order online, and then track it as the order is assigned to an IT staff member and work progresses.
This will have a number of benefits for you as a consumer of IT services. First and foremost is the ability to stay up-to-date on progress once you have submitted a work order. Secondly, the system will give the IT departments greater control over their workstacks, resulting in more efficiency and accountability as we respond to your requests.
The Online Helpdesk can be accessed at Helpdesk.. To submit a work order to Information Systems, click New Work Order under the Information Systems Helpdesk title. You will need to complete a simple online form to tell us about your problem.
Once your work order has been submitted, it will be assigned to a team member for completion. You may check on the progress of the order by clicking Existing Work Orders under the Information SystemsHelpdesk title and choosing your department.
