Now Accepting Applications for Accelerated MA 2014

One-Year Program

Part of the 9% in half the time!

Drury University’s Accelerated Program compresses the Master of Arts in Communication curriculum into three semesters (summer, fall, spring) providing a competitive advantage to students who enter the workforce with advanced degree completion in a +1 Year.  Accepted students complete both BA and MA programs in five years on average—about the same time the average U.S. college student earns a bachelor’s.  This truly is a fast track to becoming part of the 9%: the percentage of the U.S. workforce holding or working toward an advanced degree.

Accelerated students have an in-built professional activity during January to grow resume and career development.  Accelerated students also have the flexibility of accomplishing the Graduate Records Exam any time during your first two semesters (summer or fall) rather the having to complete the GRE prior to acceptance.  Finally, accelerated students can choose from any one of our emphases:  Nonprofit Communication, Integrated Marketing or Organizational Leadership & Change.
