About the Diversity Center

The Diversity Center at Historic Washington Avenue Baptist Church was established by Drury University to serve as a cultural center for people of all cultural backgrounds in the Springfield area. The main purpose of the Center is to build intercultural understanding and harmony through educational activities which include, but are not limited to; lectures, concerts, workshops, classes and other forms of celebration.
