Valuable

The total number of jobs in the health care sector will increase by 5.6 million between 2010 and 2020. Many of these new positions will require employees to demonstrate competency with the application of digital healthcare concepts.

Flexible

The limited number of participants per cohort (maximum of 16) provides the opportunity to tailor studies based on the specific areas of digital health communication of most interest to the individual.

Relevant

Drury recognizes that educational programs must adjust to society's changing needs and that educational value resides not only in gaining knowledge but also in the practical application of knowledge gained.

Accessible

All class meetings in the six course cohort program are delivered online using live WebEx meetings. Scheduled class meetings are recorded and accessible by participants at any time.

Integrated

Drury's innovative program aims to bridge the digital health knowledge gap by bringing academics and professionals together in a dynamic accelerated learning environment while making full use of the technologies pertinent to digital health communication.
