La Chèvre introduced the popular comic duo of Gerard Depardieu and Pierre Richard, who went on to star in a number of other films together. Here they are François Perrin (Richard) and Campana (Depardieu), two bumbling detectives hired to find the 20 year-old daughter of a wealthy industrialist. Their travels range from the boardrooms of a huge multinational conglomerate to the tropics of Mexico, in search of the industrialist's accident prone daughter. - Rotten Tomatoes
