The Post 9/11 GI Bill™
The Post 9/11 GI Bill™, also known as Chapter 33, provides financial support for tuition and fees, books and supplies, and housing to individuals with active duty military service on or after September 11, 2001. Criteria for eligibility and the percentage of benefits payable are detailed on the VA web site: www.gibill.va.gov. Please note: The decision to elect Chapter 33 as your benefits program is irrevocable. In order to make an informed decision before applying for Chapter 33, you should review all of your options and be familiar with various requirements to receive the maximum benefits under Chapter 33. For example, to receive any of the housing allowance you must have more than half-time status; taking all online classes will affect the amount of your housing allowance.

Yellow Ribbon Program
Students with 100% eligibility under Chapter 33 are also eligible for Yellow Ribbon Program benefits. As a participating institution in the Yellow Ribbon Program, Drury will provide a scholarship to veterans to make up half of the difference of tuition and fees that are not covered by the Post 9/11 GI Bill™. The Veteran's Administration will pay the other half of the difference. Please note: Per VA regulations individuals on active duty are not eligible for this program.

You will also use this web site if you are transferring from another school and have previously used your benefits. Complete a Change of Program or Place of Training, VA Form 22-1995 (for Chapters 33, 30, 1606, and 1607).
