Drury Account Support
For technical support with your Drury e-mail account, computer, operating system and password resets, please contact the Help Desk.
The Help Desk phone will be answered during the following hours:
Fall & Spring Phone Support Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday: 1 - 5 p.m.
Summer Phone Support Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Students may leave a message during other hours. All requests after these hours will be processed the following day.
Please Note: All official Drury communications will be through Drury e-mail. Students are expected to check their Drury e-mail accounts on a regular basis.
