Dr. Roger Young is an Associate Professor in the Biology department at Drury University, where he specializes in the topics of Genetics, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology. He has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Biology from Hertfordshire University in the United Kingdom, and obtained his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in 1994. Since joining the Drury faculty in 1996, he has held a variety of administrative positions. His research interests include human molecular genetics and bioinformatics, as well as pedagogical advances in science education.
